Had I known, before voting for a temperature control option, that you already had temperature control, I would have picked another option. Cutting your wort cooling times down using a good wort chiller will shorten your brew day by cooling the wort much quicker. I don't have much patience when it comes to cooling wort down to pitching temperature. I use a combination of a convoluted counter-flow chiller and putting the fermentors inside a chest freezer to hit any pitching temperature.
