I don't know who you are, but welcome back. I am a transplant from the other site that got closed. Congrats on your career move. As someone who brews light colored beers, I can attest to the difficulty in being consistent. As for horse piss, been there done that, when we had our horse barn ( I will leave it there). So are you going to be brewing again?

It can't be that hard to change the label on the fermentation tank.

Believe it or not, they use completely different wort streams and completely different processes! (And believe it or not, I can easily taste the difference between them!)

I have some bad news about the kitties... We are down to 2 now, from 4. We lost one to congestive heart failure, and another to cancer, within several months of each other last year. :( It was so heartbreaking, they were my two baby boys. Now we are down to our two little girls, and they are adjusting well to the move. Right now, we are living in a hotel, waiting to close on our new house in August. So it's me, the hubby, and two cats in a tiny room with an even tinier kitchen... And we have cabin fever bad! But the cats are loving it! The two girls have actually started to bond with each other - something they never did before. I hope it will continue after we get into our new home. :)

How have you been, Inky? How are the felines?
These are the posts that make you tear up and smile at the same time. I'm so sorry for your kitty loss Evily. We love them while they are here and cry like babies when we loose them. It's good to hear that the girls are bonding.

Just the cliff notes on our animals. We lost Tobias a few years ago to liver cancer. All three of our dogs left us last year only due to old age and Bela passed peacefully in my arms New Years eve from HCM. They all were loved and lived the life of royalty and we were happy to have shared them with all. We still have our short hairs Ninja and Gizmo and will soon have two more Sphynx kittens.
Hug your kitties and tell them Jody and I say Hi.

Welcome back! And it's funny, but you just popped into my head this morning, and then I come to the Borg, and here you are.

Congratulations on the new job. While we do turn out noses up at BMC for their business practices and their marketing campaigns which tell us their product is what Real 'Muricans should be drinking, and as much as we don't care for that style of beer, it must be acknowledged that American Light Lager is a recognized style, and these mega-breweries have managed to do it right.

Hello Evily, nice to meet you! I'm a fan of MC lagers as well as craft beers(some styles). Not a fan of bud though. I do not discriminate!

Awww, I'm so sorry to hear about your losses. It's so hard, isn't it? :(

How exciting about your new naked kittens, though! Can't wait to hear how Ninja and Gizmo react to the newcomers!
