I might lean toward what Screwy has done with his 420 Special Wheat; clean US-05 type ale yeast with the citrus flavor/aroma coming from coriander and bitter orange peel.

That's more or less what I was doing before, Rebel, and I wasn't pleased with the results, although that may be attributable to the Citra hops I was using at the time. I think it conflicted with the coriander and orange peel. I was going to do my next batch with Hallertau to keep the hops influence a little less prominent in the hopes that the coriander and orange peel would come through more.

I may still do that.

I think I'm over-thinking this.
