I will be bottling for the first time in a few weeks. I also have the 2 gallon tank and 8 bottles. The bottles are a 1 liter size. I believe 2 gallons equals 7.57 liters. I Read that you will lose a little of the volume after fermentation. So I am expecting that I will only be able to fill about six of the liter bottles with a little left over. Thanks for sharing as I am learning too.
