Ok, so my recipe is for one gallon. You may have to upscale it some:
1 Gallon Water
2 Cans Apple juice concentrate (brewer's choice, and I even used 1 can of apple/cherry in one of my batches to make apple cherry cider)
1/2 pound white sugar
1/4 pound lactose
1 pack Champagne yeast
