Hey, Dunkirk, NY! Right near my old stompin' grounds! I'm an alum of SUNY Fredonia, Class of Really Old Guys.

Brewstock is it here. Nice people and decent prices. They are pretty active in the beer community.

Re: The Promote Your LHBS Thread
I can't say enough good things about my LHBS Operation Homebrew. Andrew and his wife took over the old POS homebrew store about 5 years ago turned it around 180 degrees and kicked it in the ass. If he doesn't have it on the shelf (which is rare) he will get it. Along with brewing classes he hosts 4 different brew days at the store every year. I pack my traveling brewery and along with a few other club members we brew in front of the store while promoting the hobby. Brewers range from extract kit, BIAB and traditional 3 vessel. I think I brewed more at the store this year than home.
Plus he and his wife are happy owners of Miss Prissy Pants who is the sister of our Sphynx kitty Winkie.

Brian and Rick of The Brew Mentor are involved in the local beer community here as a main sponsor and organizer for a local beer fest along with brewing classes in shop, taps in shop ( brew, make wine, sell and serve in shop), supplies for beer, cider, wine and some mead making info.
