All true, and yet ironically not. I would guess that as a group, the Borg has the smallest, simplest, cheapest set up of any group of brewers. Okay, maybe not than Lithuanian farmhouse brewers. But this group grew out of MrBeer and BrewDemon, and kind of follows that philosophy. I mean, I brew simply with three buckets, a carboy, a BDC, 7 kegs, a ferm fridge, three thermometers, four kettles....

I've seen it and he told me it's mine when he passes. No rush Jeff, I'll give you 2 more years to get it ready for me.

This thread is hilarious! I use the left over to experiment. Most of the time, that experiment involves bourbon and/or oak chips.

What is this leftover beer you keep talking about? That's like left over wine, right? There's never any left over wine nor beer at my house.
