I'm not a serial hobbiest, I just have many hobbies at the same time! The percentage of time spent on them tends to vary year-to-year but I never really stop doing any of them.
In no particular order (and this may not be complete either): Brewing, roasting coffee (thanks again, Jeff), geocaching, hiking, backpacking, water skiing, taekwondo, smoking (meat, not tobacco), musical theater (attending, not performing) + some others I'm sure I'm missing.
What I can tell you is that work gets in the way of all my hobbies.
