Very exciting stuff! I enjoyed building my brew dungeon. I'm still making upgrades here and there. Those first couple of pics look like you are building a grow room not a brew room! :) Have fun and enjoy!

Framing done and about half the electrical. Planned out the rest of the electrical for lights and a few dedicated outlets than its inspection time.

Got some of the other things in as well including the inline duct motor which is super sexy!!

Me too, especially since I ferment and bottle my beer in a basement that looks like something out of Silence of the Lambs.

Nice, I can actually smell the piney aroma of wood framing material through my monitor!

When things are supposed to happen they just do! Been painstakingly looking for a sink. Yesterday my contractor told me I need to get that figured out so we can move forward. Last night I found this gem. Went to look at it today and told the guy I would pick it up on Saturday. $150!!!!!

I little elbow grease and this baby will be sparkling. Minor surface rust but that should come right off with a good scrubbing. I'm really moving now baby!

Don't you just love it when a plan comes together Rabbitman? Sometimes it does and sometimes not so well, but in your case very good. I like following this build and just a dream for most of us, but keep the pic. coming and can't wait to see the final results. Great job Dan.

Framing, electrical, and plumbing is good to go! Inspection scheduled for 2/7 than drywall goes up! Can’t wait!

I ran 2 cold water lines. One for the sink and one separately to the left in one of the photos for an RO filter set up. It will be right next to my pots and easy reach to fill!

Literally got butterflies in my stomach earlier today when I went in the room.

My daughter refers to our basement as "The Pit of Despair"

Looking good Rabbit. Can I come over and brew there too?
