That's taking aged beer (especially the 1970s) to a new level. Blending aged with young is common but I've never heard of anyone aging a Geueze that long before.swenocha wrote:mid 1970s Geueze and a 2006 Amarillo kettle hopped Geueze with Jean. Jealous...

Swen, after I figure out how to bottle out of a tap and make sure it stays good, I would gladly send you a few. I haven't tried doing it yet but planning on it.swenocha wrote:I'll say Berryman's beer is what I'd like to try, for the reason that we are on similar paths recently on our kegging and such.
Bottling it off a tap isn't difficult if it's not going to be in the bottle long. Just fill a bottle from the tap. To do it "right" you want to use something like a Blichman beer gun with the "optional" accessory kit (doesn't work without it, so I'm not sure why it's optional) or a counter fill home made bottle filler.berryman wrote:Swen, after I figure out how to bottle out of a tap and make sure it stays good, I would gladly send you a few.
