True Phil. When I brew a big expensive beer, I console myself that even if it costs $50-60, that is still less than two cases of an average craft beer. I finally decided to brew a Pliny clone after a guy wanted me to trade $25 of NY beer for a couple of bottles of Pliny.

I'd say do it. Even if it is expensive it's still likely cheaper than a case of HT, right?

I'm sure it is. Especially if I just stick to US-05 yeast as the recipe calls for as a substitute to Conan.
