So... how did it turn out?
Ah, sorry. It came out really good. I had a problem with the yeast I received with it (fluke), but once I repitched it finished nicely.
I used some gelatin to ensure clarity, kegged it, and we use Torani syrups to flavor each pour.
Super simple to make, just dextrose, water, and yeast, with yeast nutrient.
