I'm pretty sure what you saw was "break", just proteins and hop bits and hat not from the extract. Cooling it quickly (IE adding the cold water) makes it all drop out. That would be normal and fine.

Hey guys, i bottled a week ago and i couldn't wait any more so i opened one up and it tasted great!! Very cloudy but still very good!! It is dark red ale.

Just made dantes delight weizenbeir. Hope its as good as the red ale. I will drink the rest of the red ale in 3 weeks when the weizenbeer is done fermenting. Should i get new bottle caps or will the used ones still be good to use?

Are you using PET bottles with screw on caps or glass bottles (with swing top or crimped caps)?
If you're using PET bottles, you can reuse the caps for a long time. I'm not sure how long, but at some point, they may begin to leak. I used them for several years before I switched to glass (swing tops first, then crimp) and eventually kegging.
Swing tops can also be reused many times. The old grolsch setting tops can be washed at high heat since they were ceramic, but they've been using plastic for a long time and those don't hold up as well. You may need to replace the rubber gaskets periodically, but those are cheap.
Glass bottles with crimped caps are one and done for the caps (bottles are reusable).
If you're using glass bottles with screw on caps, do yourself a favor and stop doing that.

I am assuming you mean the PET caps. If so, you can re-use them for a while. If you put them on you can feel a little squish like feeling at the end right (don't know how to describe it better). When you do not feel that, it just seem to go from "twisting" to "dead stop", then you should be replacing them, they won't seal well much beyond that.
Usually good for at least 5 batches though. Possibly more.
BTW, you can buy a massive bulk bag of white caps from places like AIH (adventures in homebrewing). Like 25x more caps or something dumb like that for only 2x more then you'd pay for a little bag + shipping from BrewDemon or Mr. Beer.
