Labelled at CSB today (our merry band hand-labelled somewhere around 2000 bottles), and had their kolsch (Franklin's First), mango IPA, and Belgian Dark (Brussels Muscle). Fun times...

Sitting outside at Unicoi Lodge in Helen, GA. Weather is great and so is the Zoo House Saison I'm enjoying.

Dogfish Head Aprihop... greatly disappointed in the lack of apricot flavor and aroma. Tasted like a really good pale ale, but just... fail.

Patriot Lager (with Saflager W-34/70 lager yeast)... Not bad... Not good enough to buy again, but for free this isn't bad at all. I'm glad, however, that they are changing the name, as this isn't anything like a Sam Adams. Bad choice by them to market it as such. But I think it works pretty decently with the lager yeast.

Interesting - the one I made with 2 cans of the stuff (Punked Patriot) is lighter in color then that. How long have you had that can?

More Antler Kolsch. Just the thing after 50 miles on the bike. I'll post my thoughts on the thread that exists for it.

This was contest winnings. Not sure of the expiration, but the couple I still have remaining are right on the edge of expiration right now. It went into the fermenter mid-October.
