I take it you're not one of those who think blackcurrant smells like cat urine.

Glad to hear from you. We have a lot of new good members from the closed up MB Fan forum now with a lot of new and good input, otherwise we are all still making beer and talking about it when we have the chance.........

I like the automatic dishwasher, no dish pan hands. I even wash my bottles that way. Can't totally get the grease from the fingers, some day I will stop tinkering in the garage.

After work today, I'm going to stop at my local bottle shop to return some beer. Yup, you read that correctly. I'm returning beer!!! I bought a 4 pack of Goo Goo Muck, which is a tart IPA brewed by a local Columbus brewery. I tried to to drink it, but just couldn't. I actually drain dumped it. It was terrible. Smelled like feet, and tasted like feet with a toe infection. (insert puking emoji here)

Luckily the store manager is a good dude. I posted my thoughts on Untappd and he replied with a "bring back the rest and I'll refund your money". I won't really take his money, I just take some other beers.

:) I hate to say it BlackDuck but the name "Goo Goo Muck" most likely would have made me pass it by :)

From your description, yeah I'd take a pass on that beer too. yuck. Nice of the store manager to offer a refund. I can't think many other places that would do that.

He will send it back to the distributor, so you should accept the refund. Only way they get feedback...

Actually, he won't. He sells single cans/bottles, so he is just going to put the remaining 3 cans on his singles shelf and sell them off that way.

Just because I didn't like this one doesn't mean it's a bad beer that requires a return to the distributor/brewery. It merely means...that I didn't like it. It's an extremely sour IPA, that just doesn't taste good to me. The store manager has had people tell him that they like it.
