I'm actually brewing a Mr Beer Fall Seasonal (the Imperial Red) in the next few days. It's for a friend for Christmas that likes the style. I'm pressed for time right now already had my other brews scheduled so this will be a quickie. Hopefully it's good.

still inside my first year of brewing... doing extracts recipes. started the MB collaboration Cerealicious Lucky Charms stout. I really liked a previous stout I did with extract, so excited about this one! Also, the first hop boil I did. Lucky Charms go in Saturday

Finally able to use my fast fermenter! Seemed to be holding well. Should be some activity in the morning!

Nice brewing/fermenting area you've got there. Nice big sink, a big brew kettle, kegs, what more could you ask for?

Oh, there is a list!! Lol. I need a bigger room for that though. Already planning that out for the next house which will hopefully be in a few years. It will be a full brew room with an overhead vent so I can brew indoors and transferring to the conical won't require several trips with the pot to dump in to the conical

I bottled a Every Day IPA, it's a 1G AG recipe from Brooklyn Brewshop.
I also brewed a McSwiggin's Irish Ale today, it's a 1G extract recipe from Jasper's Homebrew & Winemaking. It uses a steeped grain mixture consisting of Crystal 60 and Roasted Barley, light malt extract (LME), and Kent Goldings Hops. It sure smelled good, so hopefully it'll turn out fine.

I'll try to remember to post my thoughts on it. I'm giving them all to him but I'm sure we'll share a bomber at some point. It's been a long while since I've brewed a MrB batch so I am curious to see how it comes out.

I'm brewing up a 1G recipe called Summer Solstice Light Ale, basically 1 1/2 pounds of Pilsen light malt extract syrup, 1/4 oz of tettnang hops, 30 min boil, and US-05 yeast.

Bottled the Rushin' Pale Ale this morning, and then brewed a batch of White Panama. Little by little, I'm contributing to the pipeline. I really want to build it up this winter, so I'm not caught short when summer rolls around.

Brewed a Honey Bourbon Pale Ale today. My wife recently bought some Jim Beam Honey Bourbon and it tasted so good I decided to try it in a beer. I have the oak cubes soaking in it now and will add to the fermenter with one week to go.
