Yep, looks like he's got a nice warm barn to spend the winter in.

I hate to once again I bump this thread with sad news, but this happens when you have older pets close to the same age.

We lost our last dog Conan the Barbarian Bassett last week.

Bela passed peacefully cradled in my arms yesterday with Jody by her side. I miss my baby kitten.

Condolences, Jeff. Remember the good times. The year didn't end on the best note but now it has no where to go but up for the new year.

We're with you today.

So sorry to hear that Jeff. Thoughts and prayers your way. I'll drink my beer from a Naked Cat Brewery glass today in honor of Bela.

Please accept my condolences as well Jeff and family.

It's always difficult...

We have an older cat as well (somewhere between 17-18 yrs we think) and she is getting frail...

Giving her lots of love as I am sure you did with your pets as well.

We lost one of ours today; an orange colored cat, 7 years old, named PJ (pumpkin junior). He had been sick for the last three months, going to the vet every two weeks; weighed 15lb in June, 8lb in October, 7lb in December. He only weighed 5lb today when the Vet recommended ending his suffering. We will remember him as the friendliest of our cats, the one that any toddler could play with & he wouldn't run away or scratch.

RIP Miss Kitty...

1998-2016

Loved by many, Miss Kitty passed today with family by her side in the care of our skillful vet.

She enjoyed many years of chasing lasers, hunting bugs and mice, swiping leftovers, walking on laptop keyboards and in her later years, chasing and being chased by our dog.

Miss Kitty will be missed but always remembered by us, our children and grandchildren but will rest peacefully now while she awaits our inevitable reunion.

Be at peace my friend!
