Edit: Every time I get an error message on TapaTalk, saying I can't post the image, then try again, it's a double post!

Maybe we could a motor coach run down there picking up Borg Units from West to East as it head towards Mr. R's pub?

How many flight sets did SWMBO get him?? :D

HEY! stop in Ga and pick me up!!!

I tried D34THSPAWN's Persephone's Tears recipe and then just used my own American Wheat recipe to make the next batch(this one). This would be really good after cutting the grass sitting in the shade cooling off

(edit) SWMBO just tried it and likes it! First ale I made she'll drink.

Not quite sure what to call it, but the intention was for it to be a Marzen Ale. I'm getting a bit of a spicy initial taste from it, but finishes nice. I did a 30 minute boil using 3.3 lbs Munich LME and 3 lbs Sparkling Amber DME, an ounce of Liberty @ 30, 1/2 Tettnanger @ 25 and 1/2 Hallertau @ 20. The kicker is I pitched it onto S-05 cake from about 9 days earlier, it had a layer of beer over it and the lid and airlock on the bucket, kept in the lower 60's for temp before I pitched. Fermented like crazy. Am I getting the spicy from the yeast or the Hallertau?

HS2/Brett Brown Ale, which I brewed in March. Really hitting its stride now, though I have to think the longer I wait, the funkier this will get (funky in a good way).

Took a sample of earlier post to LHBS had them taste, consensus was I brewed a "very nice" Belgian Amber, got some supplies and said thanks now I can rename the Mystery Tap! Drinking some of this and "Frank" pale ale from Community Beer Works in Buffalo, brought home a growler, Zeus, Centennial and Zythos hopped.

An incredible dunkelweizen
Possibly the best beer I have made out of 64 batches now
Even though it is not my favorite style
This is GOOD STUFF
