Sounds good Tabasco. Can;t go wrong with NS IMO.

Tonight I'm cracking one of the Fresh Squeezed clone bottles now that I'm not sick any longer.
I have a lot of beers that I need to drink (mostly stuff that was sent to me) but I need to try this to know whether they are ready to hit the fridge or not.

Right now, coffee. We are having a Hop Head (local brew club) meeting tonight...I have no idea what I'll be drinking, but I'll be taking a 6 pack of my apa.

I hit a Lagunitas DayTime which is very enjoyable. It's got Lagunitas written all over it. I can tell a Lag miles away and love it.

Lexington Brewing Kentucky Bourbon Barrel Stout. It's decent. A sharp acidic finish, certainly not the worst out there, but I've had better.

Drinking one of my Hop Soups. I had high hopes for this, and all the early indicators were that it was going to be good. BUT, this is the one that the temp spiked on me to 77 during fermentation. Thus, I believe it has been infected with a case of Beer-lord's fusels.

I was about to try one today but decided to wait until tomorrow. Sorry I infected you from here. I think you should brew it again either way. I got back on my horse with Levitation and survived.

Stone Levitation. Mighty nice.

Also, Sam Adams Cream Stout, which is also nice, and which I'm going to add to the beef stew I'm making this afternoon.

Currently imbibing a (not-my-first-of-the-day) Red Hook Long Hammer IPA. Despite being an IPA fan, the first few times I tried a Long Hammer, I didn't care for it at all. When I first returned to homebrewing a few years ago, I scavenged bottles from my neighbors' recycle bins. The folks across the way apparently love Long Hammers. I love the bottles. I thought it only fair that I give them another chance. I do not know whether my taste buds have changed or if the Red Hook recipe changed, but now it is one of my favorite "economy brews". By that term, I mean that it is a fantastic price for the bottles ($10.99/12 pack), and the included free beer is enjoyable as well. Cheers!

I have to admit, I love the bottles that Red Hook uses but I only have one. I bought a Long Hammer about 2 months ago to try one and it just didn't do it for me. There was nothing wrong with it, it just didn't excite me - but the bottle did!

Agreed! I am quickly moving towards bottling all of my brews in the Red Hook bottles. The "stubbies" are easy to store, fit remarkably well in my dishwasher (which I use to sanitize my bottles just before bottle-time), and have a large "label-area", which is really only relevant when I am labeling gifts around the holidays. But those are the "bullet points" I look for in a bottle. I couldn't ask for more.. (Unless someone has elves who fill, cap, and label bottles while they sleep...)

After being a mostly homebrew weekend, I noticed a few #thunderCanns in the back of the fridge. These have been there since I worked the canning line in the spring, so I figured I should take care of 'em sooner rather than later. Funny... still pretty fresh tasting. The magic of cans, I suppose...

Caribou Slobber. Later on, maybe a bedtime glass of my Triple Threat IPA.
