Imperial Choco Brown. It's got amazing chocolatey and nutty flavor. If it weren't for the thinner mouthfeel and the slightly lighter color, it could border on a stout. Absolutely delicious beer!

Well, I had an Oyster Bay IPA at the Islanders game tonight. It was pretty good too. The game was better.

Christmas Ale 2014... Liking this year's batch quite a lot. The last three years I've done this, I've underspiced. This year... not so much. Spices are definitely present in this year's version...

I just started drinking my Irish Red Ale it's a got a rich malt flavor that I really enjoy. Sunday I'll be brewing an English IPA style for the first time using eBIAB and I'm very excited.

Drinking, well sipping (11.2% ABV) Banjo-Dawg RCE NITWIT Belgian Strong Ale, nice flavors, some sweetness from the honey and candi sugar, finishes with a little bit of spice!

My coffee stout: blacker than night, pleasantly bitter, nice mouthfeel. A little too much coffee on the front end, but a nice balanced finish.
