I like the carboy but I think I like the beer name even more.

I brewed up the recipe that Swenocha posted for Double Sunshine IPA, but I'm using the name of Citra ass down for this one. That's actually the name of a commercial beer, but since it's just going on my keg I'm using it. I'm crazy like that.

I bottled a Midwest Supplies Simply Beer-IPA and then I brewed a Simply Beer-American Wheat recipe, and I've got a small bottle of cherry extract to add to it later.

I had planned on brewing a batch of 9/Fifteen Pale Ale today, and then shutting down until Labor Day. But after working two six-day weeks in a row, I'm just too tired for a full-on AG brew day.

I'm gonna keg the White Panama, pamper myself a little, and brew the 9/Fifteen next week.

This past Thursday I started ramping the temp up on Ottoberfest for D-rest and to finish fermentation. I finally stopped at 59°F yesterday, and it's still fermenting, but slowing down considerably. SG currently sits at 1.014, and my target FG is just one point less at 1.013, however my final saccharification rest temp was 148°F so I'm expecting to see FG closer to 1.010. This is fine by me because it'll help the beer taste crisper having a drier final product. The sample still had that malty sweet finish but was not overly sweet. I think this is going to be a good one!

Well, did 2 beers in one day which I've never done before (except when I do 10 gallon batches). 6 gallons of Righteous RyePA and 6 gallons of Ready for Preseason Pale. Both a bit different from my normal rye and pales. Expectation is high.
I think I lost 20 lbs in water from sweating today and Advil is on the menu for tonite!
