Sounds good, guys. Thanks for the info. Yeah, the brown ales are probably my favorite. It's fermenting now and the airlock is just bubbling away, sure smells good in the cooler.

FIT, I can't give the recipe for the butter rum as it is proprietary to Wop's Hops Brewing, but I will say that it uses extract in the brite tank...

Negative, ghostrider. We don't currently package in cans/bottles. Just growler fills at the taproom... for now. Within a year or so we hope to have a production brewery built that will be strictly for canning/bottling for distribution to retail stores.

Nice! I'll be looking for another job when I get out of the automotive field. Might have to apply for a job.
I have both brewery and bottling experience. ;)

Brewed up a batch of Jalapeno brewski yesterday and let cool overnight. I usually chill/pitch same day but was unable to. So today, I transfered to a bucket and pitched some washed US-05. Another week and in the peppers go. Hope it's a peppery-throat warming brew. Tasted some as I transferred, it's slightly malty, wanted more balanced but has great taste. I figure the taste will get lost in the heat but the thick mouthfeel will be nice.

I brewed a McSwiggin's Irish Red Ale, it's a 1G Extract w/steeping grains recipe from Jaspers, then I also brewed a modified version substituting 1lb 8oz of Golden Light Extract from Hubrew Homebrew Supply.

I kegged a batch of FedoraDave's American Ale yesterday, and I'm currently brewing a batch of Copperbottom Lager.

Both really good recipes.

With a 30 minute boil!

Yep, I'm stepping out of my comfort zone ...don't know how far but trying to
find if all I've learned in the last five years is true.
