What are you drinking?

Heavy Seas Cross Bones Session IPA. Not a bad one to my tastes. More bready malt presence it's more or less a Dortmunder with too much hops and a clean ale yeast... has a nice mouth feel due to the malt. So very east coast - if you are looking for west coast style it ain't it. Hops more of the spicy/piney and dank variety, light on the citrus, no tropical anything. Which is ok with me. Some (west coast ipa) folks would probably hate on it though. But this is more like what I do with my session like IPAs, kick up the malt so it seems not thin and more balanced, so I'm good with it.

Homebrewed cherry wheat.

"Sierra Gold" -- my Belgian Blond. It's getting better and better as it ages, since brewing last summer.
Re: What are you drinking?
Sam Adams Light. First time having, and not bad. Not like I'd run out and buy a sixer, but really not bad at all. Basic, with a good bitter, and good malt presence for a 119 calorie beer. I'm thinking with the session beer craze, they'd be better off renaming this one "Sam Adams Session Lager" or something and get away from the "light" beer connotation...

Jackie O’s PawPaw Wheat. It’s a local beer out of Athens, OH. I’m not generally a fan of wheat beers but the pawpaw in this is delicious. If you don’t live where pawpaws grow, they taste like a mix of melon, mango, and a little banana. I’ve always wanted a pawpaw tree. Plus, I just like saying it. Pawpaw.

Jackie O's is so awesome. I haven't had that one, but everything I've had from them is great. Wish I could get more of it.

I need to do an October fest one time. I really dont' want 5 gals but I may do a partial next season.
I make a Hefe for my wife and it's pretty good but it seems to be a pretty high abv.

Anchor Steam. Have a few in the fridge from a party a while back. Have to head out soon (not driving) and wanted something I could taste but didn't need to slow down and really savor.

Maple Wheat: 12 oz of pure maple syrup in an American Wheat recipe. This is a trub bottle as a first sneak peak of things to come, with just 2 weeks of conditioning, but this might not reach its peak for 2-4 months.
Re: What are you drinking?
Trying to finish my 2.5 gal keg of Fresh Squeezed clone (partially squeezed) before the Nashville trip. I think I can do it this weekend...might need help tho

It's only 3:00 but I'm trying to decide between a Firestone Pale 31 and a Stone Delicious IPA......what to do, what to do?
I'm guessing the answer is "both".
