Kegged a fiver of 9/Fifteen Pale Ale this morning, and this afternoon, I'll be brewing a fiver of 2Daves Irish Red. I'll be kegging it just in time to draw a few pints on St. Patrick's Day! :fedora:

teutonic terror - that sounds good. I LVOE a solid amber. I've sort of settled into my Levitation recipe when I want an amber but do keep us posted on that one. Change is always good.

I've posted it a couple of times here on the forum but you can also find it on my Homebrew Club's website.

This recipe has had a lot of really positive comments and a lot of people are pleasantly surprised by the unexpected vanilla taste after the hop bite.

As part of our club's SMaSH Experiment I am brewing a Marris Otter and Mosaic Ale today....it is nearly in the IPA range with 47 IBUs. I am using a water profile one of our members used for his, which I really liked.

Our club is doing a SMaSH hop tasting, all use the same base 2 row and each picked a different non mainstream hop, I have El Dorado, I will be brewing that today along with my Brown that I didn't brew yesterday. Do the brown as mash cooler normal way, the SMaSH I am going to venture into BIAB w/my 13 gallon pot.

Smoker is rolling with some chicken and brisket, boil just started an a variant of Goose Island Honkers. I started making it because I missed the old, pre AB version.

Mighty fine Sunday so far!

This will be good. having tasted your beers in the past and being very familiar with both of these ingredients I'm predicting a delicious beer here.
I recently did a Golden Promise + Mosaic SMaSH and it was excellent!
