Holy Moses now (had it before), one of these others after. I'm thinking the single. We will see if they can do patersbier better then me. Then the other two tomorrow. Kolsch with Mt. Hood has to be good.

EDIT: So the Holy Moses is as I remember, a solid Wit beer.
The High Striker Single is a decent beer, spicy and funky yeast, spicy/earthy hops, a touch of sweetness in the middle but finishes dry and earthy. But I like my homebrew patersbiers and BPAs/Blondes better, this is kind of one dimensional. It would be better brewed with a different yeast with a ramped temperature schedule to give it interesting fruit (apple, pear, melon, plum) mixed with the spice. Only fruit here is hints of banana. Which is fine, but I like more.

Nice Mashani...I've only had the Holy Moses. And I agree, just a solid wit!! Never had, hell never even heard of the other three. They must not send those down to the Columbus area.

First I've seen of the other three by me Chris. First saw them last Thursday grocery shopping.

Other three are pub only seasonal beers most of the time, so unless you take a drive to Ohio City you usually can't get them. But they stuffed them into a spring sampler 12 pack they recently released.
EDIT: Threw a Kolsch and Session IPA in the fridge, will try those tonight.

Sours in CANS! It's either, "What is the world coming too" or "You gotta love it".

I just finished Beer-lords Drop Kick Nate. A very nice enjoyable easy drinking Pale Ale.
But now I'm ENJOYING his Men in Black IPA. Man-o-Man you have this one nailed down.
What a great beer. I'll put this right up there with Lagunitas Nite-Time, yes it's that good. Thanks for sending this, I'm glad I have the recipe in BeerSmith.

I just pulled some tonite as well. It's not my recipe but I have made some subtle changes.
I think, and correct me if I am wrong, that this was the first beer I sent to you that started the 'shower' conversation.....right? Same beer, but I just can't get enough of this one.
Glad you enjoyed it. It's not everyone's version of a black IPA but it does work for me. And the twin and my friends love the crap out of it.
Here's a poor pour <see what I did there?>

I know right. The Counter Clockweiss has a 92 rating on RateBeer. That on is getting poured as soon as my little one goes to bed.
Ok. Here is the Counter Clockweisse. Since I'm new to sours I'm not really sure how to describe this. It's very tasty. Clean and dry. And the sourness and tartness hits the back of your tongue hard. Kind of like when you first put a lemondrop candy in your mouth.

I'm drinking the Great Lakes Lawn Seat Kolsch.
If you like Great Lakes Dortmunder Gold, then you will like this. It's a lot like a lighter version of that beer with more hop presence. A but too much late hops to be true to Kolsch style, but I'm guilty of that in my homebrew Kolsch at times too. Malt, biscuits and spice with a bit of citrus.

Just finished cutting the grass for the first time this year. Actually felt good to walk and get some fresh air. Now I am drinking this Flanders Red and watching The Masters. It's pretty good.
