Chris, did you let it warm up? At first it was the same for me, just something just not right, but as it warmed it changed. The best I can describe it would be a sharp hop bitterness that didn't sit well. That off taste wasn't there for me when warmed.

Lots of different hops in this such as Belma, Helga, Calypso....hops I've never had so I don't know if that is part of my problem with this. My first version was better but it will be a long while before I brew this again.
