Hi Andre,
I was hoping you could give us an update on how Natalie is doing as well as the rest of the family. The last update on the You Care page is about a week old.
I think about you all daily and am still praying for you all.
I can understand if you don't feel up to it....either way, I'll continue my prayers and positive vibes going your way.

Hi Paul,

I just posted an update on Natalie's fundraising page - we have received some very good news at the last check-up. Here's a copy of the update - and a huge thanks to all of the supporters!

After the 3rd chemo treatment, we had an appointment with Natalie's doctor to see if the treatments have been effective. We were very anxious to know the progress - Natalie had a pretty rough week after her chemo, and we could use some good news.

The doctor pulled out a portable ultrasound machine and ran a scan. We heard him say "hmm...", and he moved the wand around a bit. Finally, he turned to us and said: "I see the biopsy clip, but the tumor is no longer showing up on the scan". To say we felt relief is such an understatement - we were so happy to hear the good news, we felt that the tide is finally turning for Natalie. All the thoughts and prayers you're sending her way are making a difference! We feel so fortunate to have so many wonderful supporters!

There's still a long road ahead of us - Natalie needs to finish the other 3 rounds of chemo, surgery, radiation treatments, and a year of targeted drugs (Herceptin), but we're starting to win this war.
