The more the merrier. Come one, come all to Asheville.
There are rumors others may show up as well. :)

That would be great if you can Dan, I know you were on the fence about making the trip last year. I think you had just moved around that time.

I hate that I'm going to miss this year. Our university and med center are splitting into distinct companies in February, and I'm a manager on the tech side of that split. So... I will have to skip. I hope to hear some stories and see some pics. So much good beer there, and many breweries/taprooms/craft bars within walking distance. Make sure you hit Wicked Weed, and also check out that Sierra Nevada facility. It's supposed to be quite awesome...

I'm planning on coming to Asheville but still working on some details.

But since we're planning ahead what about a meet up here in Michigan in August? I'm willing to host it and we have some awesome breweries here.

I would love to meet up but don't think I can swing 2 in a year. Sadly, I'll have to spend some vacation time with my family whether they like it or not.
If I see you in Asheville and you're a nice guy, I may try to see you one day on your turf. I'd love to visit Founders, Bells and a ton of other. The concentration of breweries is astounding. So many good ones, why homebrew? Oops, I.did.not.just.say.that!
Glad you're trying to work things out. Keep us updated as we get closer.

This is staring to look like a real awesome meet. It's going to be non stop it would seem. Sleep is so over rated and beer drinking with great folks is SOOOOO under rated.

August is a tough month for us, we have our oldest Grand Daughter for a week and then the rest of her family for a week on their summer family vacation, and another week out of the month depending on schedule, I host a pre-season tailgate. But I will be making the trip back up in March as the SEMBB want me to brew again for their annual banquet.

Er, I'm booked any weekend that Bird Breath picks...

You guys may not even want to hear it, but Leah and I are considering it.
Hopefully , if we can make it, things wont turn out like last year
We haven't had a spell like that in a while.
She apologizes to me weekly for that trip.

(But she has made up for it a million times) And she didn't need to

And has told me to appologize to all of you several times
She really wants to go
Hope it works out
