Ha Ha, I think I might go with what Swen got, but for now it works and they can go back into my bolt bin when done.Beer-lord wrote:I kind of like it!

I do that regularly. I brew when I can, so sometimes I brew more than I drink and can stockpile kegs. I hit a keg with co2 periodically so it'll be carbonated when I'm ready to tap it. Sometimes, instead of doing that, I'll add some sugar when I keg and let it carbonate naturally.berryman wrote:I finally got the four taps and kegs going all at one time in the keezer. Now I would like to brew again for a replacement but don't have cooler room. Question, could I keg and purge and store at basement temp. about 68-70 right now for a few weeks or less depending when one runs out?
Going to have to try this as I have a beer that has been in the fermenter for 4 weeks and have a empty keg but no kezzer room. My plan is to keg, purge and put outside. My old beer fridge is to full of chicken eggs. my outdoor temp. has been about 35-45 now and this should be only a temporally thing. Will see how it works.berryman wrote: I would like to brew again for a replacement but don't have cooler room.
