Noble Brewer Cafe Con Leche Stout. Not bad at all but not very stouty. 6.6 ABV but the body is a bit light.
Still, it was free beer (that I won) so while I might not buy this regularly, if it were for sale, I would get this every now and again.

I'm trying to finish a keg of my Rectum RyePA and am almost done. As I've stated here, boring many, I do love rye and am very pleased with this one. Gonna do it again soon.
I think I'll finish today with my Disciples of Hops Session Series since I've had quite a few today and need to slow down a bit......and save the hoppiest beer for last.

Re: What are you drinking?
Last night was Almanac's Farmer's Reserve Citrus Sour:
Our Farm to Barrel beers focus on the eons-old tradition of aging beers in oak barrels. This American wild ale was aged in used wine casks with our house “Dogpatch” sour culture, a cocktail of wild Belgian and American yeasts, including San Francisco sourdough starter. The yeasts slowly morph the beer from a traditional ale into something wild, creating a mild acidic bite as well as pulling oak and vanilla flavors from the barrel. After maturing, the barrels are blended together—creating a vinous, delicate beer that captures the essence of a particular harvest.
Here we expand on that tradition, melding a sour blond ale with the intensely aromatic zest of Buddha’s Hand citrons and the bracing tartness of Yuzu and Blood Oranges .

OOOH Yummy Reb. Loved our Amarillo SMaSh.
We got the Stone Farmhouse the other day and been drinking on it.
I'm just not a Saison head I guess.

Bah Bah Guava. I've decided that a Spiegelau stout glass is appropriate glassware for it.
Re: What are you drinking?
I got all excited when I saw this, then I tasted it, and... meh.
I can't really tell it's Citra. It's bitter enough but they could have used any hop, for all the citrus that's coming through. Which is to say, minimal.when I first tasted it, it had this funky metallic aftertaste. I shoulda bought the Founders All Day IPA. That's always a safe bet.

Yes, as this one ages it become more pronounced. I took one to a BBC meeting at a brewery last week and the head brewer couldn't get over the taste especially when I showed him the recipe. This one's a winner.
