Well, that was fast! Obviously the beer gun kept the carb ok but, is it drinkable?
My New Zealand guests loved it and didn't understand why I don't like it. I'm trying hard to be a saison-head but it's not sinking in yet.

I think Kealia likes the sour part. Maybe it overrides the icky?

I really think Kealia would like this. The sour, currents and oak leave nothing of the roast but the color.

A totally flat bottle of my "half-wit". I don't know why it's flat. But it still tastes really good, so I'm drinking it anyways.

Loving Cup with Brett,
so nice and tart from the Brett and Saison yeast with piney pineapple hop goodness coming through with ALL the Simcoe hops used in this beer.
Is that better?

Well, saison's and sours aren't my thing but this will do.Though the word SIMOCE did catch my eyes.
Please try to follow the format in the future when enjoying your life away from work while others are working and not able to drink.
