Knew I had you at Simcoe. Heck, they had me at Saison and Brett. Simcoe was just icing on the cake.

How about like this?

7% ABV | 375ml bottles & limited draft

Citra Sour is our very first single-hopped sour release. As the name suggests, Citra hops lend citrusy, fruity flavors and aromas, leaning toward grapefruit or even melon and passionfruit. It’s a popular hop in blends behind big West Coast IPAs, but bold enough to shine solo.

Hoppy Sour Series

Our Farm to Barrel beers focus on the eons-old tradition of aging beers in oak casks. Each “Hoppy Sour” starts as an American blonde ale fermented with our house sour culture. After primary fermentation, the beer is racked into used wine barrels and given months to mature, allowing the beer to take on the complex flavors of the barrel and develop a refreshing, lip smacking tartness. Right before bottling, we generously dry-hop the beer with a single varietal of some of our favorite hops to create a delicious contradiction of flavor and style.

I think it just might, in fact.

Anniversary IPA; a commemorative home brew celebrating my 30th year of marriage to my wife, best friend, mother of my children, & the best grandmother ever. This tasty brew is very simple, yet, robust & flavorful. Brewed with 76% Pale malt, 24% Flaked corn & generously hopped with Amarillo & Simcoe hops; finishing at a respectable 7.5% ABV.

First, a big congrats on 30 years of marriage. I also made that mark last December. I think it says something about love, patience and friendship to accomplish this.
Now on to the important thing :) 24% flaked corn in an IPA. How did I not think of that? Not sure I'd want that much but that is somewhat original and outside my beer-box but it's on paper now and something to work on in the future.

Drinking a Summer Ale (I think it was my first BIAB) and has a hint of orange from the peel I used. It was in the 90's today so its still summer here but getting close to fall. It really tasted good even if I do say so.

This one is 'all about the hops'. The corn adds a bit of flavor, but not much. Might try a similar ale with flaked rice instead of corn. I'm going to bring some growlers to a Sunday football viewing party (go Hawks!) & I'll get some more feedback on this one.

Founders ReDANKulous Imperial Red IPA. This is a BIG hoppy, piney, dank IPA. It's full of malt and full of bitter. Perfect for sitting in my neighbors garage watching college football.

He makes you sit in the garage? Is that where the kids sit? :jumpy:
We tried that a while back and it's a BIG beer. I love the name.
