Just got the mash started on my GrayEagle Ale. I haven't had any of this on tap since August, so I'm really looking forward to it.

Today I kegged a Holiday Spiced Ale that came in at 8.5% and a Grapefruit Pilsner. With this being the holiday season and things being so busy, I'm now ashamed to say I have 15 gallons of empty fermenter space until next weekend.

Get busy ya bum!! Hate to say it, but I have 3-5 gallon ale pales, 2 6.5 gallon carboys, one LBC, 2 LBKs, 4 1-gallon carboys, all sitting there, not a pretty site. I even have a fresh, 50 lb sack of 2 row that I have not opened up, can't count the hops, DME, etc looking sad and lonely.

Well, you slackers ;)
I'm brewing a Doggie Style Pale Ale clone, which, with two IPAs, will give me twelve gallons fermenting. If I don't slop it all over the stove first!

Bottling our Liberty APA on Saturday and hopefully brewing AmeriWheat (our wheat beer). Not certain the grains will arrive in time from the vendor. Fingers crossed though. Stockpiling for our upcoming tasting & competitions.

If been brewing almost exclusively AG BIABs, in Niagara Falls quantities for long time. But right now I'm drinking the Mr Beer summer seasonal Saison. I gotta tell ya, it's nice. I also brewed the fall Brown seasonal ... its in the pipeline.

I finally realized I'm not crazy about the real citrusy hops in my IPA's (although good), so I finally brewed an IPA all Simcoe ... it's kegged and conditioning.

Like I said in another thread, I've brewed too much and I have to shut down the fermenters for a while.

Well, the DSPA is in the fermenters. Not without slopping some hop sludge on the kitchen floor. I'll wash the mat and towel. Better be good beer! :)

I was planning on brewing up an IPA that I got a recipe out of the Zymurgy - I love it the spell-check recognizes that word - magazine this coming week-end. Got the ingredients ordered only to find out the next day that Northern Brewer is backed up because of Christmas. Might end up being a Christmas gift to myself.
