The LS is my Lemon Shark pale ale. It's just a fun brew. A high ABV pale ale with fresh lemon (zest and juice). I use a nugget and citra hop boil. It was suppose to be a summer brew but it really turned out to be a nice year round (as long as I can get good lemons) brew.

Oh and Phil, you again did it to me... I really liked your Calypso Belgian pale. I have had other Belgian's and could not stand them. I really enjoyed yours.

SWMBO brought home a sixer of SN Pale Ale so I'm throwing one down...

It's a well made beer, a little grassy this time around and it kinda reminds me why I am not so fond of Cascade hops as opposed to some of the newer varieties that are grown today...

Probably just too much too long for me in SN and other northwest IPA's...

This is exactly how I feel. I much prefer the newer varieties.

Drinking a Session premium Lager out of Portland Or. A little bland, but it will do.

Dampfbier - I love it. I suggest everyone who likes a more malty beer or wheat beer type of profile try it sometime.

Interesting is it like a darker version of the Helles with a little bit more of the heavier caramel/toffee flavor to it?

Limeade hefeweizen. It's still very fizzy and foams out of the bottle when I open it, but the flavor is really nice and mellow.

Spaten Optimator is keeping me company. I might chase it with a Pacifico? I wish my beer was done conditioning, but at least I got some beer to drink.
