That was my favorite brewery tour that year and probably some of the best beer I had on that trip. It really looks nice in there now.

WOW! Tell Kent the taproom looks great.swenocha wrote:Flashbacks to Nashville '15... The Blackstone taproom looks great. A lot different than the kegerator and picnic tables from our visit. Haven't been over here since our tour in '15. Of course I'm drinking this year's Black Belle...
Did they pull the screw out of the barrel for that Black Belle.

Great Christmas beers so far... 2010 and 2011 Anchor Merry Christmas & Happy New Year (Our Special Ale), as well as a 2015 Prairie Christmas Bomb.
Yesterday was equally pleasant...
2014 Crooked Stave Vieille Artisanal Saison (Batch 11) with our normal Christmas Eve dinner after a great Christmas service at the church, followed by a 2014 Founders Breakfast Stout and a 2016 Goose Island BCBS.
The 26th brings a Rodenbach Grand Cru with a 2017 best by date. I think that makes it a 2015, but not entirely sure...

Re: What are you drinking?
I just finished a Cherry Chocolate from the OFallon Brewery, one of a couple mixer-sixer my youngest daughter got me for Christmas, a brewery just west of St. Louis, MO. Interesting cherry and chocolate taste, everyone here liked it. Might have to try brewing something like that.

Some Gulden Draak Ale in a wine glass. Great aroma, great flavor. 10.5 ABV. Very interesting Belgian ale.

Sold an item on CL of my in-law's. Then went to a brewpub and blew it plus ~$10. Thanks Father in-law!

I'm having McSwiggin's Irish Ale and my wife is drinking a Simply Beer Stout, both from "Bailey's Billygoat Brews" as my oldest daughter put it on a beer stein she sent me for Christmas.

Buffalo Trace Bourbon cut with a few drops of cold water. A rough night with a 7 year old. Good thing she's in bed now.
