Rick, it's a great recipe.
It's here if you are interested in it.

What are you getting from it?
Speaking of C hops, I'm going with an all Comet hop pale this weekend. It's an old hop making a comeback and I also got some Comet Hop Hash that I'll be trying. I've used it sparingly before and really enjoyed what it brought to the flavor and am hoping for more of the same this time.

A lot of Cascade, but fairly well balanced. Has Cluster, Centennial, Columbus, Cascade, Chinook, Citra and Crystal in it. I did not pick this one out to brew but a young neighbor friend that likes craft beer and likes my beer wanted to learn more about home brewing and likes IPA's wanted to see how my system works so I told him to pick out a AG kit from MoreBeer and we would brew it and I would show him the steps I use. It worked out good and he caught on fast and even his wife came down to watch and help. They both caught on fast to why we do some math and numbers. They got a case and I kept a case. The last few that came out of the bottling bucket I told him I would keep and I call them testers and put where a little warmer. I said it's got to be atleast 2 weeks before we try one, so I tried one of the testers today and is close, but my testers sit for about 70 deg. for 2 weeks and if his are a little cooler it might be longer.
As far as Comet, I don't think I have ever tried them, but would like to know what they are like.

My nephew planned a comet rhizome a couple of years ago and he and my brother made an APA with all homegrown comet hops a little while ago (it was supposed to be an IPA, but it's always a guess with homegrown hops).
He promised me a rhizome when there's one available.

Oooooh. Table Saison... would love me one of those I'm sure.
I'm drinking my steam beer, which is the best one I've ever made. Hurray mash & boil!

Last night it was Patron. Tonight it's a really good local beer. Citrus and piney, malty and dry on the finish.
Sorry, no scratch-and-sniff!
