I am drinking this:
"Dandelion Patersbier", just Pilsner + some of the dandelion candi syrup I made, and a little bit of Sterling hops. I mashed medium body instead of light body since I'm adding sugar to an already low OG beer to replace some malt. I'm going to use Abbey and ferment cool instead of warm. I have heard it actually kicks out more tropical fruit esters when cooler, so I figured I'd try it.
I was sipping on it trying to remember what hops I used that added all these lovely subtle tropical pear apple sweet fruit favors. Then looked back at the recipe. I didn't. It's all the yeast.

So yes, Abbaye fermented cool is pretty nice. This beer is delicious.

More of the Dandelion Patersbier mentioned above, in the dark hanging out outside with my dogs on a warm summer night. This beer is *great*.

Well, thought I was out of brew totally and found half a case of a 10.5% Red in the back of the closet I made bout 3 years back. More like a very strong hopped red. Atleast I'm drinking a beer.... LOL This one kinda reminds me of why I've started brewing more of a balanced or very lightly hopped brewski. The older I get, the more smooth/neutral of a beer I favor. What surprises me, is this beer is still carb'd albeit strong tasting.

Eureka!!

To be followed by a couple of pints of home-brewed Levitation. Yep, just feel like drinking as a sport tonight [emoji16]

Hop Blonde. A low ABV session beer with a little wheat, Cascade, Willamette and Simcoe.

It’s been really hot with high humidity today, so I picked up a Leinenkugel Shandy Variety pack. THEY have been very refreshing today.

Did they use parts of the old tap room in the new one? The bar looks familiar to me.
And, it's HUGE!

It's possible that they reused some parts, but the actual bar and cooler was the only thing left intact once the old place was abandoned, so it is largely a rebuild with a similar look and feel (concrete, etc). The actual bar space is maybe 5 times bigger. Taproom itself is a good bit bigger, and outdoor space is quite a bit bigger as well.

No pics but the twin finally got back to brewing, started kegging and had the balls to make his first brew in 2 years, a semi Wookie Jack clone. He calls is Wookie Chuck. Totally amazing in every way. Mouthfeel, bittering, slight roast. It's all that is good. He's likely thinking all his beer will be this good but this won't last a month though I can see if changing each week.
