Well, if having too much is a problem, there are options.
I try not to drink much during the week since I splurge on weekends and joining a brew club can only empty so much. My biggest beer drinking friends are far, far away so I plan to brew a stout that can just sit in a keg at room temperatures for a few months and enjoy it with the last of the possible cold weather in late winter.
Like you, my fridge is way past full and I am working on trying to stop buying the next beer that some great brewery puts out.

I'll admit before moving most of my friends and neighbors loved drinking my beer and it went really fast, besides the fact that I helped them out finishing it too. There's no greater feeling of accomplishment than sharing something you've made yourself with folks who truly enjoy the results as much as you do. Saturday is brewday and brewdays typically put a pretty good sized dent in my pipeline, especially if I have friends over to 'help out'. I do realize I'm in a much better position this year to bring beer to the holiday parties that are sure to come up though, partly because I've been brewing solo so far.

Haha, Even though I've always been interested in photography it's purely for enjoyment these days. I do love beer however, brewing it, writing about it, drinking it and photographing it too. And this all started out from a Little Brown Keg too, who knew?

This beer is on my favorite have to brew again list, this is the very first time in a long while where my pipeline had four different styles of beer in it and just in time for the holidays too.

Looking good! I'm hoping to have four beers ready to serve for Christmas, too. It's been a long time since the pipeline has had this much variety, but it should be worth the wait.

When would be a bad time, unless you lived in Alabama prior to 2012?
