You should go to one of the Office ( Depot/Max) type stores and see what they can do with your Avatar pic it's a maybe maybe not proposition but when we were in the consulting business they did some decent work for us. You may need to float around to more than one because the quality of the employee in charge will have a big impact on your finished product.

That fiverr.com site seems pretty promising, especially for just 5 bucks, and they have some samples of their work along w/ ratings from people that buy from them. I wasn't aware that Office Depot/Max did that kinda stuff though. Thanks for the tip!!
