Not sure what you are asking? Gauls were a collection of Celtic tribes who lived in what is now Belgium, France, parts of Germany and Italy, Switzerland, and other places. They would have called themselves "Celts" where the Romans called them "Gauls". So Gaulish is a proto-Celtic language. The pre-Christian Roman empire fought with them in many battles, many of which are well documented in Roman writings including those of Julius Caesar. The "Druids" that the Romans loved to hate were actually "Gauls" in their minds at that point in time where we think of them as Celts in our modern minds and think of them romping around in the British isles. Celtic tribes were much more spread out then that, they occupied a good bit of continental Europe. Their leaders who gave up and turned "Roman" and ultimately others started to speak Latin after the Romans conquered them, and Gaulish is a dead language these days, as are other proto-celtic languages.
Anyways, I listened to this song in 2 different versions while I brewed today, as well as other stuff by both bands. (skip to about 45 seconds into first one if you can't stand the ambient sounds).

Today I bottled to a dude, his violin and his loop pedal.
Brewed the Amber to this. Bauhaus and NIN are two of my favorites, so Peter Murphy + Trent Reznor together is just awesome.

Brewed an Amber Ale last night to Mumford and Sons - Live at Red Rocks. Seemed quite appropriate at the time.

He wants to know what's up, thinks that German Metal rocks, and says that he is insane and has 3 fat cats. Or something along those lines.
What's up... well if the Cowboys played the Browns, I think the universe would simply implode.
So I brewed my chocolate tart cherry spiced winter stout while listening to old school german industrial metal band KMFDM. Club songs from my youth...

I brewed to Zoar. Zoar is a NYC based "art/experimental/ambient" rock band. If you saw the Dead Can Dance video, this is a side project of one of the members is involved with. Both these songs are cool given time to listen enough, and the second is downright creepy as are most of the songs from the album it's from.
