Enjoying Enjoy By 420. Haven't had one in a while and it's very good.
Followed that up with my Men in Black. Not as good as normal but still enjoyable. Not sure why this one ins't as stellar as the others. But, I brew it twice a year so......

Cider, 1.064 OG and 1.010 FG after another 1/2 gal un-fermented juice mixed in the keg. Just put it in today after 6 weeks in fermenter and another week
Cold crash. I am bad and have to try things before I should. It will carb up some in a week or two but good that way too.

Kölsch. First pour and a little young, but can’t help it, dam I want to try. I make a couple Kölsch every year and have been using Whitelab but went back to Wyeast 2565 on this one.

I've been drinking that Wit Bier that I used T58 and some late Meridian hops in all week.

It is fantastic. T58 fermented on the cooler side works really well here and the dash of Meridian kicks up the citrus/fruit a bit.

I'd for sure make this again.

No pics but enjoying a very fresh, RyePA. Bittered with a small charge of Chinook (which I like with rye malt), hit with Citra at 20, Simcoe at 0 and some Cryo Citra in a short hopstand/whirlpool then a dry hop with Cryo Citra and Cryo Simcoe which really upped the aroma.
The hops are mild to let the rye share it's slight spice. I know as it ages, the rye will be more in control but I think I hit the water chemistry perfect on this one. Wish I could find more Cryo hops at a reasonable price.

Red-X-Wing

100% Red-X malt with Magnum to bitter, Southern Passion @20, Cashmere & Southern Passion dry hop.

Brewed as an Amber to let the malt come through.

Yum. Image
