I am a little disappointed on the color and clarity of this one, taste good but not happy with the look. Maybe will have to go back to secondary and cold crash to brighten it up. Very drinkable no less...... It will get drinked.

Which Kolsh yeast did you use? I used the dry lallemand one, used whirflock in the boil, and mine is very clear at 3 weeks post bottling.

Also don't you keg? (I thought you did). Couldn't you just "cold crash" your keg vs. moving it back to a secondary?

I’m with Mashani, if that beer is in a keg, just leave it in there and it will clear over time. I’ve had both ales and lagers pour crystal clear after a month or so in the keg. I didn’t let that time clearing stop me from drinking it though.

Yea but how can you leave it in the keg that long once it's tapped? My will power is just not that good :)

Having multiple kegs in the fridge helps with that issue.

Yup you are right, but the first I got going again after not brewing most of summer. I have had apple cider on tap all summer but that stuff gets me, I want beer. I have a PA going in a day or two.

Just close your eyes when you drink it. It will be as clear as you want it to be :p
