Steve, look what I found in the (way too full to the point that things get lost) beer closet... Trying to remember which Nashville trip you all did the recipe for this...
Edit: this held up really nicely. Kind of an esb vibe more than a belgian though (which is what i think the recipe was).

That was from the first year in Nashville, I think it was 2015. I found one from him in my fridge about 6 months ago. Still tasted good too!!

Long time waiting. Opened a Czech Pilsner that lagered 4 weeks and bottle conditioned 2 weeks. WLP802 Czech Budejovice Lager Yeast. Saaz Hops. Came out good but will condition 1-2 more week before storing in BeerFridge. Summer-Time Saison fermenting now. Saison-Recipe from my LHBS.

The new voss pseudo lager lawnmower beer is *chef's kiss*... exactly what is was supposed to be. Light, crisp, super clean, perfectly carbed. Wish i could get the serving carb figured out on it, but otherwise (after letting it settle for a bit and finishing the pour) it is perfection...
