About the only way that could have been any more fresh would have been to get it right out of the bright tank!
And the Black Belle, all I can say is WOW was that good straight from the barrel, I can't wait to taste the finished product!

The good news is the 4 beers from Jim that I packed in my suitcase all arrived safely. If I can trust Chris to ship the other beers instead of stealing them, I'll be golden.

Hey, JimJohson... I'm looking forward to cracking open some of your bottles, but thought I'd check with you to see what they were before I did so. Do you have a decoder ring for me?
(I look forward to getting a few bottles out your way in the coming weeks, once I get a few more things ready and drinkable...)

Here's a short vid of the freshest beer tasted this past weekend, at Yazoo. I believe this was the Gerst, fresh off the line.

I can't disclose what went in there. I'm sworn to secrecy in the brotherhood of casa de lupulus.

Who made the BIPA, and the ones marked B and S(presumably stout)? Also there is one with a 2 word name. I'm unsure of the first, but the second is defiantly salad.

BIPA is my Brett IPA.
The Fruit Salad should be Blackduck's Session IPA, good stuff, but I'll let him confirm. Not sure on the other two.
