I would guess clogged rather than broken...and it may be a QC thing on their part, since brewing a pumpkin beer is somewhat likely for any PicoBrew user.
I'm just speaking hypothetically about a future possible problem.
I wonder what Pico assumes the lifespan of the Zymatic is. Anything mechanical will breakdown eventually.

I would certainly agree that anything mechanical will eventually break. But I can say that two of their representatives are friends of mine (starting before they became associated with PicoBrew), and in my experience, these folks have been more than helpful. I don't think they would fall short on customer support.

I agree. One year is too short. It should be at least 2 years.
