Saw it on an episode of "brew Dogs". It's pretty good. Almost tastes like a cream ale.

Um... lactobacillus is not a type of yeast LOL.
That doesn't make it bad... I like sours... but that's not an accurate sign...

Interesting...I don't think I've ever heard anybody compare an Anchor Steam to a cream ale. Just goes to show you the variety of taste buds.

Yeah, I found that to be quite amusing as well. I sent this pic to Brandon (the sour brewer at Yaz) b/c I thought it was funny (his response... "Lol...yeah I didn't write that. ...
"). Obviously the taproom staff made the sign and not Linus or Brandon...

Batch: 2.40 gal Extract
