Bottled Peanut Butter Oatmeal Stout and St. Valentine's Cherries in Honey. Only one Mr. Beer batch left, another St. Valentine's, probably won't brew it until Fall. Nothing in the queue, need to figure out what I'm brewing, possibly a stout.

Dry hopping the Citra Wheat today. Gravity sample shows 1.008, which makes up 3 points of the 9 that I lost on the OG. Smells so tropical!

I feel like I am still in High School compared to you college boys and girls using Biab and all-grain brewing (I have so many MB refills that expire soon)...

Oh well, I brewed up a summer favorite on mine in MB PilotHouse Pilsner, 2.5 gallon batch with booster, yeast nutrient, and 6 gram sachet of MB yeast. Ready to go in 6-8 weeks for my lawnmower brewski. I am in my zone when I brew, stress relief and cognitive training all in one.

Going to try a cider this week because my neighbor asked me to. My first attempt at cider was a couple years ago and it was nasty, but my system is better controlled now, so I expect good things to happen. After that, DAVE'S AMERICAN ALE! :fedora:

Threw together an AG basic cream ale this weekend. Had everything but the hops and yeast on hand, so this one is going to be called Leftover Lawnmower Ale!

I usually bottle on Saturday and brew on Sunday. This routine had a left-handed monkey wrench thrown into the works this past weekend.

First, my daughter and her fiance came up Saturday to spend the weekend and celebrate birthdays. And I had an extended workday on Saturday. I didn't get home until around 4:00, and I was so knackered, I didn't have the energy to bottle that evening.

I did brew on Sunday, since it was an extract brew with a small grain steep, so it only took about 90 minutes or two hours, tops. Then that afternoon and evening, we had the birthday celebration, and I was still knackered and needed to recover so I could face work on Monday.

So tonight, after dinner, I'm bottling a fiver of 2Daves Irish Red Ale. No worries on the timing, but I want to get it in the bottles and get back on my regular weekend schedule.

Next Saturday, I bottle the latest incarnation of Groomsman's Pride, and on Sunday, I'm brewing a batch of 100 Years War IPA.

Quick bottling of 2.4 gallon batch of T8r's High Country Golden Lager (ale really) @ 5.6% ABV. Used up my leftover The Beer machine bag of Golden Lager and with a can of MB HC Canadian Draft on top of a yeast cake from a blue moon clone with semi-crushed coriander seeds.

Salud my friends :give:

Finally bottled my old ale (S-04 yeast variant). Left it in primary for seven weeks (oops), and it had a nice pellicle. Tasted great... roasty, malty, but a tiny bit of fruit. Now I need to bottle the old ale (Brett & HS2 yeast variant), the Oktoberfest, and the saison (brett farmhouse yeast, oak and non-oak variants). I'm so behind on bottling, but all of the remaining ones are in secondary, and most can sit there as long as I need them to...

Bottling the Citra Wheat, and then brewing the Citra Blonde! Hooray for beer!

BIABed a 5 of APA with Caramel from Brewing Classic Styles. It's chilling now. Messed up the bittering hops, but realized it in time to correct. Heated too much dunk sparge water, will have to dump some. But I think my volume and gravity may both be high, so, better efficiency. Plus, I had two IPAs while brewing, so I am happy.
