That's the name I couldn't remember, Graff, I kept thinking Ciser, but that's mead and juice.
Thanks, Mash

Ok reviving this as I've done many beers without reporting, some good, some not, all drinkable.
Ok so I took a can of Classic American Light beer, added a can of frozen white grape juice concentrate and a similar can of orange juice and topped it off with some Belle Saison yeast. Thank god for the Belle Saison or I imagine this would be even worse than it turned out. It's drinkable, but not very good. Failed there.
Also did a cider with 2 gals of apple juice, and 2 cans of apple concentrate, Cuvee yeast. Too too dry, and sour. dumped.
Did a pear cider from Mr Beer with Cuvee yeast - like drinking a lemon head, too sour, Dumped.
Ok so I'm not making Graffs and Ciders anymore. Just 'regular' beer.
Did a Kolsch-like beer last night using Safale K-97 German ale yeast and 2 lbs of GOlden DME. Simcoe Hops. We'll see. Last time it tasted like a slightly different beer from us-05 but still a basic beer.
I also have a basic Blonde with 2oz of steeped chocolate malt in the fermenter with some Windsor. I am trying for a nice british brown.
My basic Blonde is turning into my starting point for everything.
Just a brief catch up.

Yeah even what I did to the CAL can't save it. I drank them, but they were pretty bad. I do not have much luck with juice in beer. At least not that much.
The Apple Cream Ale turned out like an apple graff, again not that great. Drinkable, but weird. Next time no juice.
Doing a simple blonde with s-04 today. I need to get regular beer in the pipeline.
That's about it. I think for the second beer today, I'll do a choc malt steep and use Windsor yeast. I've done that before and it was good.

I've made good beer (doubles/stouts) with some tart cherry juice added. But not a huge amount of it.
