Fortunately Blackstone is available on Monday, as well as Fat Bottom and Cool Springs Brewery... Oh, and Arrington Vineyard...

OK, we wake up at 4 a.m. and get to visit them all. With coffee in between, and a few bathroom stops, we should get this done by 3 pm in time for Happy Hour.
I can see that work on 2/4 isn't looking like I'll get much done.

I'm working on a Yazoo visit for Monday, not sure if it will pan out. I work with a guy who is a friend of one of the brewers there. We'll see what happens. I'm not guaranteeing anything, but keep your fingers crossed.

Add another brewery destination to our list (I know... too many already)...
Tailgate Brewery and taproom opened to the public this weekend.
http://tailgatebeer.com/nashville-news/
Here’s the rundown:
20 Taps!
-TailGate Beer
-1 dedicated tap per local brewery
-Rare rotators
-Seasonal releases.
-We also have a Nitro rotator, Cider rotator, and a Non Alcoholic Root Beer rotator.
-Every handle will rotate every time the keg blows.
Rooms? We have 3 open for now.
-The main entry, we’ll start adding in merchandise and beer to go.
-The Café is a room with no TV’s, picnic tables, music playing, and space to chillax – think anything you might do at a coffee shop. Now you can do it with some great craft beer at hand.
-The Tasting Room has the taps and TV’s you see in the pictures.
Wifi? Yup. Free. High speed and stuff.
Tours? Soon.
Brewery equipment is being made, brand new. There’s not much to see yet outside of these 3 rooms that are open.
Growlers? Definitely.
Most every beer on draft is not available in package. Come by, fill ‘er up.
Hours? Every. Darn. Day. Come get it. Mon – Fri: 3-10pm Sat – Sun: Noon – 10pm
We pour all beers in honest pints. A traditional pint is .5L – or 16.907oz to you, my fellow patriots. We’re not pouring 14oz’s and calling it a pint. The wood on the walls? Each piece was hand painted, individually cut, and stained. The whole thing is unique. There is no pattern, no stencil. All handcrafted. We salvaged a pretty tore up bar, and renovated the old cooler. The rest is new. Come look around. We hope you see, we give a damn.
I'll note that this is a brewery that is in the process of moving from California, and is still technically brewing their beer out there until this build-out is complete.
Also, I would be remiss if I didn't mention Hurry Back (since I failed to before):
https://www.facebook.com/HurryBackNash
They have a great selection of craft and import beers, and #properGlassware.

I was looking for something to do Monday since lots of places are closed. I see you've found where I will be.
Wow, some much to do and see and so little time.

BlackDuck and I are working on a private Yazoo tour for Monday, so part of Monday should be covered. I'm also working a quite unexpected angle with the other long established brewery in town. More to come on that front, but it should be fun...

Granite City is a franchise, a boatload of them, "Brewpub" interesting way they brew their beers on tap. They use a process called Fermentus Interruptus, the wort is mashed, boiled and frozen at their main plant in Iowa, shipped to locations throughout the Midwest, thawed, added to the fermenter and pitch the yeast.

Yep. Rock Bottom is the other chain in the area. The rest of the breweries are local.

What day/time is everyone getting in? I'm trying to plan something for Saturday, and I don't know how late in the afternoon I should attempt to plan it.
Thanks!

RedBEERd and I arrive at 12:10 on Friday and until I am 100% sure about where we are staying, will figure out if we're going direct to the house/hotel or will grab a bite to eat somewhere then make our way to our domicile afterward. We're just going to cab it instead of renting a car though if needed, we'll gladly rent one. If not, RedBEERd will certainly pay for both of us for slumming a ride.
