I completely ignored my hops this year, and didn't even water them. I also managed to kill one perle by digging up the main root whole giving away a rhizome. And one nugget produced exactly nothing. Also lost a bunch of growth early on to a wind storm and lost the twine for my nugget and perle.

But I still got just over 20 ounces in total.

How many bines do you have?

What was your total haul this year?

What temperature do you use for your dehydrator?

I've got 7 bines (5 varieties) and got about 20 oz this year. I've been setting my dehydrator pretty low (around 85-90) to get better aa%.

I don't know about the rest of you but I always look at what's in the background of Pictures. The second pic in this set I am setting in my skidsteer after taking down the ladder with the 2 bines of nugget on my 1946 Chevy. The next pic. you can see my new strawberry field in the back ground. The next pic is my youngest grandson wanting to help pick hops. He wanted to taste one and I said you can but will be bitter so he did. His Mom came over and he said don't eat these Mommy just pick them.....
I am still drying so I wont know until tomorrow on the final outcome, but I do know I have a lot more then I probably can use......

8 total 2 each of Cascade, Mt. Hood, Chinook, and Nugget. The Mt. Hood did just about nothing, Nugget seems to grow the best here.

I had a total picked weight of 182 oz. - around 11 lbs and a dried weight of 52 oz. a little over 3 lbs
bpgreen wrote: What temperature do you use for your dehydrator?
90 deg. but I found I had to run it 12-13 hrs. Last year I only had a few oz's. picked weight and they dried in about 9 hrs. I put as many in the dehydrator as I could and that and the high humidity we are having maybe made it take longer. I did 5 loads in the dehydrator, that's what took me so long to answer this, just got done and I am glad that was a lot of work.
